These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the Terms) govern the use of the online store www.buvart.eu (hereinafter: the Online Store) and define the rights and obligations between the provider and customers.

The Online Store is intended for consumers within the European Union.


2. Definitions

  • Provider – the company specified in Section 1.
  • Customer – a natural person who makes a purchase in the Online Store.
  • Product – goods offered for sale in the Online Store.

7. Important:

ONLY By Payment: Cash on delivery
If you do not collect the shipment and it is returned undelivered, this is considered damage and the buyer undertakes to pay a flat rate of €12 (shipping, return, packaging and unpacking costs).


8. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Provider by sending a clear statement to [email: rbuvart@gmail.com].

The Customer must return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying the withdrawal.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, unless agreed otherwise.

The Provider shall refund all payments received no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

The Provider is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation and the national law of the Customer’s country of residence.

The Customer may exercise their rights related to non-conformity within the statutory time limits.

  • minor deviations in colour or appearance due to screen display settings.

This limitation shall not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
