Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day they receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email at [rbuvart@gmail.com] with a clear statement of withdrawal.

Return of goods

Returned products must be:

  • unused,
  • undamaged,
  • with original labels,
  • in the original undamaged packaging.

Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Partial returns of an order are accepted under the same conditions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method as used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU);

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • custom-made or personalised products,
  • goods made to order,
  • sealed cosmetic products that were unsealed after delivery.
  • Hygiene exception ( underwear )
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed underwear items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the hygiene seal has been removed or broken after delivery. EU Directive 2011/83/EU

Non-conforming or damaged goods

If the goods are defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • please do not accept the shipment,
  • the full purchase price including delivery costs will be refunded.

Statutory consumer rights regarding conformity of goods remain unaffected.

This policy does not affect your mandatory rights under EU consumer protection law, including rights related to non-conforming goods.

ONLY By Payments: Cash on delivery
If you do not collect the shipment and it is returned undelivered, this is considered damage and the buyer undertakes to pay a flat rate of €12 (shipping, return, packaging and unpacking costs).
